Web-based Responsible Beverage Service Retail Service Training

The specific aims of the project are: 1) To systematically develop an interactive multimedia website that will provide a concise and involving presentation of Responsible Beverage Service principles and techniques for alcohol servers; 2) To systematically develop a Responsible Beverage Service implementation website to be used by premise management and servers to guide management adoption of responsible service practices and boost implementation of these practices by servers; and 3) To conduct a randomized efficacy trial of these website interventions and examine their effects on a variety of alcohol-related factors.
